This handmade ceramic worry stone was crafted with love and care, making each piece truly one of a kind. The warm yellow glaze holds a delicate white heart at its centre – a symbol of light, hope and positive energy.
The heart is slightly raised and tactile, which means you can feel it under your fingertips. This adds a gentle sensory touch, making it even more soothing when rubbed with your thumb.
The front is glazed, while the back is left unglazed, stamped with my maker’s mark – a reminder of its handmade origin and uniqueness.
How to use:
Keep the stone in your pocket or bag, hold it in your palm, and rub it gently with your thumb when you feel anxious or stressed. Focus on your breath and allow the calming motion to bring you peace.
Each stone comes in a natural jute pouch with a little instruction card, ready to give as a thoughtful gift or to keep as your personal talisman of calm.
