Full description
This handcrafted bird sculpture celebrates the poetry of nature and the charm of days gone by. Crafted from wood and pine cones, it exudes the warmth of natural materials while hinting at the timeless tradition of folk craftsmanship.
Its most distinctive feature lies in its legs, ingeniously crafted from vintage 1930s harvest guards. These historic tools, once symbols of hard work in the fields, are reborn here as part of a whimsical creature, lending the piece both character and history.
The sculpture balances playfulness with elegance. It feels both rustic and imaginative – a work of folk art that combines remembrance, storytelling and the simple beauty of nature. More than just a piece of decor, it’s a work of art that invites you to stop, smile and reflect.
