Across the fells – Inspired by the Cumbria Fells
This small textile piece is inspired by the colours and textures I see on my walks in the Cumbria fells. It’s made using fine merino wool, fabric, silks, and fibres, felted and stitched.
To finish, I’ve added free motion stitcha way of drawing with a sewing machineto bring in detail and movement.
This original piece is ideal for a small space or shelf. It would also make a thoughtful gift for someone who enjoys unique, handmade art.
It will be signed on the back and initialled on the front mount
It can be supplied
1. Framed 15 x 15 cm – as shown in the listing.
Please note: the frame has an open front (no glass)
2. Mounted – ready to fit a standard 15 x 15 cm frame.
