The design for these earrings began with a love for minimalist art and the striking beauty of black and white. I was inspired by the fluid movement of ink on paper and the spontaneous, expressive nature of a painter's brushstroke.
I wanted to capture that raw energy in a wearable piece. The base of each earring is a swirl of white and gray polymer clay, creating a soft, marbled texture reminiscent of a cloudy sky or polished stone. The final, bold touch—the hand-painted black lines—are a deliberate nod to abstract expressionism. They are imperfect and unique, just like a single stroke of a brush, ensuring that no two pairs are exactly alike.
