Ghosts Of The Big Top is a deeply personal series. Each piece is hand-embroidered on paper, blending old textures with new threads to explore themes of identity, performance, and quite sadness behind painted smiles.
The circus figures are more than characters - They're reflections of the masks we wear, the joy we face, & the ghosts we carry. Stitch by stitch, I've poured years of emotion, & healing into my work.
Creating is always been how i cope, this is me, working through the noise - With thread in hand.

There's something not quite right about him - & that's exactly why he was never forgotten. The Laugh That Lingers is a one-of-a-kind hand embroidered portrait from my ongoing Ghost Of The Big Top (GOTBT) series - a stitched tribute to lost circus souls, half remembered performers, & threadbare memories. His face is worn, smeared & strangely knowing - Caught between performance & silence.
Carefully stitched by hand with vintage and found materials, layered textures, and emotional detail. The face was deliberately weathered to suggest age, loss and the eerie charm of old circus ephemera.
This is an original, signed, framed artwork which comes with a collector cared and Certificate Of Authenticity.
