Full description
This 5x5" greeting card, printed from my original brown wood owl drawing, is ready for your own personalised message on the front. Inside the front cover, discover a short story about this indignant little forest dweller:
"In the darkness of the night forest, the brown wood owl was preening. Feathers fluffed, beak rummaging around, smoothing feathers and spreading oil, he was so absorbed that he didn't notice us approaching until we were very close. Then his head slowly raised up and he fixed those deep dark eyes on us. His feathers still raised, the gap where his beak had been buried still visible, the world seemed to hold still for a moment. There was no fear in his eyes, only intelligent curiosity. And perhaps a little indignation at being disturbed."
