Only the second hollowed out container I have made……still a challenge!
Saw the beautiful grain in the wood and instantly knew I had to turn something that would show it at its best.

Wooden lidded canister with spalted grain markings.
Lathe turned from reclaimed wood.
Grain markings on base and lid match up to each other.
Overall height 12cm with an internal depth of 6.5cm to the base of the canister.
Lid hollowed out to give greater height to the interior of the canister.
Overall weight 164 grams.
Lid easily removable….just twist and lift off.
Polished finish to exterior and interior.
Free postage in U.K.
