My dad had vascular dementia and passed away twenty one years ago. Also my daughters mother-in-law developed vascular dementia and passed way a few years ago.
I made the forget-me-not range in memory of my dad and Marlene and all those who are suffering and their wonderful carers,

Full description
Forget-me-not pendant necklace that I have handcrafted form polymer clay. The geometric shaped pendant features forget-me-not flowers on a white background with each petal and leaf individually placed.
The pendant hangs on a neutral coloured wax cotton and has a gold plated bail and gold plated lobster claw clasp.
Measurement Length 18 inches / 45 centimetres.
I will be donating 50% of the price to Dementia UK Registered Charity number 1039404
And once purchased I will email the recipient with proof of donation.
