Hares are a favourite animal of mine. If I am lucky enough to glimpse a sprinting hare whilst walking my dog, I consider that to be something special. I hope that this pendant captures that special quality. The hare itself has been hand saw pierced, textured, and a hand saw pierced 9 carat red gold star has been sweat soldered to him. He is leaping over a trillion shaped silver obsidian gemstone, beneath a sterling silver hammered moon. The pendant hangs from a 1.7mm, 18 inch sterling silver chain. This is a substantial statement piece, perfect for anyone who loves nature. It measures 6cm x 4cm.
This pendant has been hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay Office.
