Custom pieces are made to order. While listings state up to 7 days to dispatch, custom orders may currently take a little longer due to colder temperatures and increased curing times. I will always keep you updated if this affects your order.
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within two working days. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow your order’s progress.
Please note that screen colours can vary slightly. Handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help preserve their colour over time.

The idea for these handmade white Christmas tags came from a love of simple, timeless festive styling. I wanted to create something that would feel elegant and tactile while still being versatile enough to suit any kind of wrapping or décor. Each tag is individually made from a natural, water-based mineral material with a smooth, stone-like finish, giving it a lovely handmade quality. I kept the designs minimal so they can be written on or left plain for a clean, classic look.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This set of five handmade white Christmas gift tags adds a charming handmade touch to your festive wrapping. Each tag is crafted from a natural, water-based mineral material with a hard, stone-like finish, giving them a smooth, elegant look that feels beautifully tactile.
The collection includes five festive shapes: a snowman, Christmas tree, stocking, star, and bauble. Each tag is left unsealed, allowing you to write personalised messages directly on the surface. They come with a 30cm silver thread, making them easy to attach to gifts, hampers, or decorations.

Each tag is handmade in my home studio, and small variations such as tiny air bubbles or subtle differences in finish are part of their individual charm. Although the tags are solid and sturdy, it’s best to handle them with care, as knocks or drops can cause chips.
Your order will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged using reused materials where possible. All materials used are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
