I have been saving small pieces of Bethany Salt fabrics and one day they called to me to be gathered together in a traditional 'Trip Around The World' design. You can see me create this quilt on my YouTube channel - 'Patchwork Quilts with Diane'.

Full description
63" Square 160cm - This unique quilt was designed and created by me in my sewing room in the heart of England. It is a colourful, modern version of the traditional 'Trip Around The World' quilt design. I selected a range of complimentary fabrics by designer; Bethany Salt to create this bright bed or sofa throw. The fabrics, display a mix of florals, dragonflies, beetles and birds, the batting/wadding and backing are 100% cotton to provide a hard wearing and traditional feeling quilt. The backing is a beautiful large floral design with butterflies and birds set against a navy blue background. This quilt can be washed and dried on a low setting in a domestic machine. With gentle washing and wear this quilt will become softer and more 'quilty'...a perfect hug!
