Single chunk applewood 19 x 13cm
This series of wood turned bowls focuses on the Japanese aesthetic Wabi sabi which finds the beauty of imperfections, irregularity and natural flaws.
With this philosophy I have created these bowls using interesting timber that has certain cracks, splits and other unique imperfections. They are finished with linseed oil to show off the grain shape and colour.
