Across the Field to Home an Original Felted Landscape Artwork - SUPPLIED MOUNTED READY TO FRAME.
This textile piece is inspired by my everyday walks across the South Cumbria fells and 'i'm over the brow heading home and a well-earned brew is waiting!
I’ve used fine wool fibres, fabric, silk along with metallic thread. The piece combines felting, appliqué, and hand stitching to create texture and depth.It’s finished with free motion stitching a favourite technique, which lets me “draw” with my sewing machine.
Each piece I make is one of a kind, and inspired by the views I know and love.
This original piece can be supplied.
Mounted in off white 32 x 32 cm- ready for you display or frame as you choose
I'm happy to suggest high street frames to suit.
