Making small batch and one of a kind fused glass treasures on the north coast of Ireland.
I love all things coastal inspired and this is based on the fossil of an ammonite.
Using artistic licence and the colours of the sea to create this large unique statement piece of fused glass which sits on a bespoke stand made from yew tree wood.

Full description
A large statement piece of fused glass art in the shape of an ammonite shell.
Strips of transparent glass in clear, turquoise and blues have been cut and carefully assembled directly onto a kiln shelf in a spiral pattern before firing in the kiln.
After a firing to around 760 degrees C, the piece has been inserted into clips on a bespoke wooden stand made from yew.
Overall height 29 cm.
Widest point 33 cm.
Base 21 cm.
