Full description
Lovely blue and cream swans shopping bag with a beautiful printed illustration of swimming swans on the front panel and a floral patterned back panel. I've fully lined this bag with co-ordinating cream with small blue stars cotton fabric and have added a useful internal zipped pocket.
This bag measures 11.5" (29cm) high plus the length of the handles, which are 10" (25.5cm) high. It is 15" (38cm) wide and 4.5" (11.5cm) deep.
The colourful front panel is printed with a swimming swans design in shades of dark and light blue, cream and white. For the back panel of the bag I've used a co-ordinating floral patterned print fabric in shades of blue and cream and I have also used this fabric for the front side pieces, which I have quilted. A layer of soft cotton wadding is sewn into the bag and this provides a lovely soft texture. All fabrics are 100% cotton.
For the base, top of the lining and the handles I've used a periwinkle blue linen and I have added quilted lines and topstitching for added texture and interest. I've also made "box" corners so that the bag will stand up on its' own.
Inside the bag you'll find a cream with small blue stars cotton lining with a zipped pocket and a silver coloured magnetic snap to close the top of the bag.
