Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Wearable art statement earrings handmade by Kate at my workshop in Devon. Every item is 100% original artwork and is as unique as you are. They are just waiting for someone to exclaim ‘That’s so me!’.
Containing teal, amethyst, dark pink on a pale duck egg background these abstract dangly earrings are lovely for either daytime or evening, and are lightweight and comfortable to wear with wooden bases, small glass beads and Sterling Silver ear wires. The design is different on both sides, as shown in the pictures, so can be reversed if you prefer. They have been coated in a protective varnish to make them durable and to protect the artwork but should be kept dry and away from perfume, cosmetics etc.
All items come gift wrapped, so whether you are buying a treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one your item will arrive looking beautiful, and it will be sent in a letterbox friendly cardboard box to ensure safe arrival. I can also post direct to the recipient of a gift, and include a personalised message, so please get in touch and I will be happy to assist you.
Items will be dispatched within 3 days and Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service is included at no extra charge for buyers in the UK. For other options, or for overseas delivery, please get in touch and I will see what is available for you.
