I do love retro scooters (mopeds) and this style was the type I used to ride on when staying with family members in various parts of Europe in my youth. The cross stitch fabric is end of roll pieces that were purchased in a (now closed) local sewing shop and the striped fabric was purchased in a Spanish vintage market.

Mounted onto a summer holiday style cotton stripe fabric in shades of red, yellow, denim blue, taupe brown and ecru is this vintage retro style scooter embroidery.
Vintage red scooter hand embroidered cross stitched framed picture.
Framed in a thick white square frame which has a glass front, back stand and metal fixings for hanging.
Approx measurements 9 x 9 inches ( 23cm x 23cm ).
