Full description
This unique piece blends traditional cyanotype printing with hand embroidery and delicate beadwork to create a striking floral design. Set in a 4.5-inch display embroidery hoop, the artwork features large, detailed botanical shapes exposed onto unbleached cotton using the cyanotype process — a sun-activated printing method that captures the fine detail of natural forms.
Hand-stitched in soft yellow thread and accented with tiny glass seed beads, the embroidery adds depth, texture, and sparkle. The hoop is finished with a tweed fabric backing for a neat and durable reverse, making it ready to hang or gift straight away.
