I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
Useful for adding a bit of colour, texture or embellishment to a crafty make, this set of 9 Suffolk Puffs come ready to be attached by stitching or even glueing. They can be used in a variety of crafts including card making and bag making. Traditionally, they are used as a flower embellishment.
The raw edges have been folded over to avoid fraying. They can be finished off with a button or just left as they are.
They are made from cotton and measure approximately 4.5cm. I have a few sets listed. Please see the other colours. See the other sets and colours I have available.
