Full description
A pair of extremely cute fine silver squirrel stud earrings made from 99.9% solid silver. I have handmade these earrings from silver metal clay, which has then been sanded and fired. The clay is made from very fine particles of recycled silver that is mixed with an organic plant based binder and some water. Once the binder is burnt out during the firing process you are left with a piece of fine silver jewellery.
The earrings measure approximately 8 x 10 mm and have sterling silver posts soldered on the back of them, with sterling silver butterfly backs.
Due to the earrings being made from fine silver they will be slower to tarnish than traditional silver.
These earrings are not hallmarked due to being under the weight limit for hallmarking silver jewellery.
Your earrings will be sent to you in one of my branded jewellery boxes.
