We love making personalised items and love steamed beech. We made our first Wood ID badges for a party and have not looked back since. The engravings with the steamed beech are always good and after treatment the reddish brown is very attractive, These are good eco friendly badges.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We do our best to ensure your personalised engravings are what you want. We are happy to do a mock-up pre-sale to ensure this is the case. We will also will refund where an item is damaged. We offer free returns, once an item has been returned we will refund, even on personalised items. If an item is lost in delivery please contact us, so that we can contact. Royal Mail, once Royal Mail have confirmed that an item is lost we will refund for that item or replace. Otherwise our policies are in line with Folksy on Personalised items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Price is for 2 Personalised Staff ID Badges.
These ID Badges are the size of a credit card. 50mm x 90mmx 4mm. They have a pin fastener securely attached. For our smaller badges, see other listing.
We make these badges out of durable, UK sourced Steamed Beech Wood, They are treated with natural mineral oils, so that they are water resistant and durable. We make these to order, here in Thanet, Kent.
Our name badges are a unique and professional choice for your business or event. The natural material adds a touch of elegance while still being durable and environmentally friendly. Make a lasting impression with our custom wood name badges.
We are happy to do a mock-up of you design for the badge, just message us via the contact link at the top of the profile, main page. Once you are happy with the mock-up you can then order.
If you just want text added to the badges then just enter this information in the personalisation / text box, where it says "Choose Option". If you have a logo then just send this to us via the contact link on the main / profile page on Folksy, we will normally answer within 4 hours between the hours of 7am-8pm.
Once ordered the badges will take 48 hours to be ready. This is because we make all orders and have to treat the badges. They are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
