We love bookmarks and we love that they can be made not just to be functional but be beautiful as well. We love our wood and the process to create the bookmarks.

If you wish to see a computer mock-up of your bookmark, pre-sale then just contact us with what you would like engraved, using the Folksy messages at the top of this page, plus feel free to contact us with any questions. We will aim to get back in contact within 2 hours, between the hours of 8am -8pm, Monday to Saturday.
This exquisite steamed beech wood bookmark, crafted in Thanet, Kent by H&B Thanet, features delicate floral engravings and a stylish tassel. Personalise it with your choice of text and font to create a truly unique keepsake. Designed to be both functional and sturdy, it fits effortlessly into hardback and paperback books. Made from sustainably sourced UK wood, it makes an elegant gift for discerning book lovers seeking a lasting impression.
As with all our bookmarks, we make these from quality wood sheets. We engrave, then sand and treat the bookmarks with natural oils. This protects the wood and brings out the engravings. The Steamed Beech wood develops a rich reddish colour post treatment that is very attractive.

To personalise just enter the text you want engraved, in the Personalisation Box. If you have a particular font, then just list that in the Personalisation Box. If you do not have a particular font, then we will engrave using "any font" font as shown in the photos.
