The inspiration behind my lobster illustration print came from my deep love for the Cornish coast — its rugged beauty, its working harbours, and the rich marine life that’s so much a part of life here. Lobsters, in particular, have always fascinated me with their striking shape, strength, and the quiet resilience they represent beneath the waves.
I originally created the lobster as a detailed ink drawing, capturing its unique form with a balance of precision and expression. Transforming it into a print felt like a natural way to share that moment — a tribute to the sea, and to the characterful creatures that call it home.
