All the items are unique and hand crafted with love.
We make a minimum donation of 10% of the cost of every item sold to Monmouthshire Mind registered charity (1150165).
Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This cute animal exploding 3D keepsake pop-up box from Koko Blue Crafts is sure to surprise a special child on their birthday.
This gorgeous 3D box opens up revealing the decorated layers inside. The outside of the box has been decorated with layers of blue mirror card overlaid with a pale blue card embossed with a spotty design. The front of the card has a smiling cat image in 3D.
Each of the boxes features decorated card layered onto mirrored blue. Die cut and fussy cut embellishments featuring different animals have been added throughout the box.
Raised sections have been added to the two larger boxes for you to add your own greetings, photos or maybe a gift card.
When the box is opened the layers drop revealing a pop up lion printed on to acetate and a tortoise.
The lid has been decorated with a topper which says It’s Your Day to go Wild and the sentiment Happy Birthday.
The large box measures 9 x 9 cms, the middle 7 x 7 cms and the centre 5 x 5 cms.
This is not a toy and is not suitable for children under the age of 3 due to small parts.
