Designing and creating jewellery can be full of new ideas and unusual materials and mediums available to us. I find the subject of using recycled/upcycled materials interesting, creating something unique and different from an item we may discard as an everyday item and rubbish. I’m based in the Stockport area of the UK and all my pieces are handmade from me.

Full description
Necklace made from pre-loved jewellery parts and aluminium tubing. The recycled part of these is the bronze beads from two previously owned bracelets broken down and made into multiple necklaces and to compliment with a matching pair of earrings (available to buy see other listings). The necklace has a Y-Lariat style design with a simple delicate chain with a small aluminium disc leading towards the main focal point. Same as the earrings the largest bead is placed at the bottom and surrounded by a cut, shaped and hammered textured aluminium tube. Above this sits the smaller bead with a small curved ‘C’ shaped aluminium fitted to the bead shape. Design is completed with a drop of chain from the small disc in the centre. Light weight and comfortable, elegant and sustainable in design, Perfect eco-friendly purchase or gift.
Note: The beads may have marks or scratches of wear and tear as previously owned jewellery.
