I will post most orders using first class or tracked 48 in hardbacked envelopes or flat boxes to ensure your cards/ prints get to you safely. The frames will be posted using 2nd class postage or an other courier like Evri.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

An unusual handmade gift tag to enhance your gifts for a NEW BABY, A CHRISTENING, a KNITTER or any other occasion! Available in more colours (see separate listings).
I knit the tiny jumpers myself and transfer them on to my tiny hand-made needles. They then get stuck onto a brown kraft label and are finished with some twine.
NOTE ABOUT THE POSTAGE COSTS : Because of the materials they are made of, they cannot be posted as normal letters so the postage is the cost of a large letter. It will work out better to buy several of them or purchase them as an add on to one of my cards.
