My inspiration for this painting, and card, comes from my love for folklore and legends. I wanted to challenge myself to create something new...for me, at least. I had fun making her, and I loved glittering her up. Aberdeen is beautiful and alluring...and I hope you enjoy her as much as I loved creating her.

Full description
This lovely 5x7 card (blank inside), is created from my original painting of a loch mermaid called "Aberdeen." She is an elegant siren with shimmering scales and secrets to keep. I have added touches of glitter throughout the front of the card. The card is printed on thick cardstock and is cello wrapped, along with a kraft envelope and gold foil seal...for an added touch.
