Full description
Bring a piece of the Isle of Wight's maritime charm into your home with this hand-drawn triptych artwork. Featuring the iconic Needles Lighthouse and two vibrant sailboats. Each of the three miniature drawings is meticulously created in ink and pencil, capturing the essence of island life.
The sailboats are adorned with the inscriptions 'Isle of Wight' and 'Island Life', adding a personal touch to the scene. Each drawing measures approximately 7 x 5 cm (3 x 2 inches) and is elegantly presented in a reclaimed solid oak frame with three apertures. The frame, measuring about 30 cm in length and 11.5 cm in height, is hinged, allowing it to stand freely on a shelf or mantelpiece without additional support.
As an Isle of Wight-based artist, the island's landscapes and seascapes inspire my work. This piece reflects the beauty and tranquility of the coastal scenery, making it a perfect gift for sailing enthusiasts, lovers of nautical art, or anyone with a fondness for the Isle of Wight.
