Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Crafty Superstar - a useful go-to resource for selling your hand made products. This little book (A5 size) is packed with ideas for setting up and running your own craft business whether it is online, through local shops or at craft shows.
The book starts by asking you to think about why you craft and what are your expectations of a craft business, then covers practicalities about business basics, where and how to sell, prepping for an in-person craft fairs, promotion and advertising, and finding a life balance. There are lots of useful forms and templates too.
Please note that the book was originally written for the US hand crafting industry and many of the further resources listed in the appendices are based in America. However the overall approach of the book is just as applicable to the UK.
