This Yoga strap is simple to make and easy to use for a minimal footprint yoga accessory. However, this pattern has some interesting macrame techniques to keep the intermediate crafter engaged as well as the beginner: there are symmetrical end loops with no tassel and also this is a good opportunity to practice working with extra long cords.

Macrame Yoga mat strap pattern. This design is a perfect project for beginners and intermediates alike. Approximate length once completed: 200cm (but you can make any length to fit).
