I create quirky artwork in mixed media and offer same or next day dispatch depending on time of order. I always refund any over-payment on postage when it has been over estimated, or when multiple items are purchased and sent together. I post to UK, USA, Canada & Australia. You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Art print of my 'Man With Leaves' artwork measuring 7 x 9 inches, placed centrally on good quality A4 size matte coated photo paper. Quirkily attractive and ideal to slip straight into a standard sized 7 x 9 inch frame or mount. Leave the white border on it will also slip straight into an A4 frame too. It will be hand signed on the front by Beatrice before shipping. (Framed photo for illustration purposes only.)
