Custom orders are always welcome. If you would like a different colour, a pot with drainage holes, an option suitable for outdoor use, or a UV protected finish for a sunny spot, please send me a message and we can chat about your ideas.
Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days.
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and in real life, but the listing photos are taken to represent the piece as accurately as possible. Handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help maintain their colour over time.

The Pocket Hug design was created as a simple, flat token that could travel easily on keys or a bag without feeling bulky or fragile. I wanted something small, lightweight and durable that could act as a quiet reminder of connection throughout the day.
The rounded oval shape keeps the design soft and friendly, while the wide eyes and subtle feather texture give each owl its own character. The engraved heart details are a small symbol of care, designed to be noticed up close rather than shouted from afar.
The idea behind a Pocket Hug is straightforward. It is a tiny physical object that carries emotional meaning. Something you can attach to your everyday essentials, so even when someone cannot be there in person, the reminder can stay with you.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This Rose Quartz pocket hug owl keychain is handcrafted from polymer clay using my original design. Finished in a soft pearlescent pink tone with a subtle shimmer, this flat oval owl features textured feather detailing, tiny embossed heart accents and bright, wide-set eyes that give it its own little personality.
Designed primarily as a key ring or bag charm, it makes a thoughtful small gift for a friend, partner or loved one, or a simple decorative token to carry as a reminder that someone cares.
The owl is attached to a short chain with a sturdy split ring, making it ideal for attaching to keys, handbags, backpacks or travel bags. It is presented on a “Pocket Hug” card featuring a printed poem and can be easily removed from the card for everyday use.
Since each owl is individually handcrafted, no two will be exactly alike, but they will all be undeniably cute.
