I only ship to England, Scotland and Wales. Many of my listings show a 3 day delivery. As I make candles and melts on an ongoing basis the 3 day delivery is just a safety net in case I have run out of stock and need to make a new batch. In most cases the items in your order will be in stock and will be shipped the same day if order placed before 2pm. You can contact me to check stock if you need the item in a hurry. Please allow 7 days for any personalised item to be made for you.
Our container candles are available in a Kraft box as standard but you can also purchase a luxury gift box with ribbon and gift tag which can include a personalised message. These orders will be dispatched the day after the order is placed allowng time for the message to be added and can be posted direct to the recipient.
Individual wax melts are shipped using second class post. All candles and orders over £10 are posted with a tracked 48 service.
I also offer 24 tracked and Next Day guaranteed deliveries. Please purchase these items from my shop if you require faster delivery options.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Highly scented soy wax melt love paws bar in Fresh Linen fragrance Fresh Linen: With violet, orange blossom, jasmine and lily, base notes of amber and musk. The melts are finished with a light dusting of ice mica to add a shimmer.
The wax melt bars are made from responsibly sourced soy wax in two tone colours with the blue colour of the melt being contrasted with white paws accents. The melts are finished with a light dusting of ice mica to add a shimmer.These lovely melts are ideal for your own use and also make a perfect gift for pet lovers.
The minimum weight of the melt bars is 55g and provide at least 50 hours of fragrance per bar. They are suitable for use in all types of wax melt burners.
Our wax melts are packaged in compostable display bags made using sustainable materials which can be placed in your own composting bag at home.
