I saw this Hosta leaf when wandering around the beautiful Forde Abbey Gardens and was instantly inspired to turn it into a lino print. The intricate pattern that had been left by the slugs and snails feasting on it may not have delighted the gardening team, but I was sure they'd make a beautiful print!

Full description
An original, hand-printed linocut in an edition of 15. Hostas are much loved by gardeners and slugs alike! This beautiful hosta had been eaten in such a way that it was left looking like a lace doily. Carved from traditional lino and printed onto heavyweight (220gsm), high-quality, acid free, A4 paper.
Please note that as this item is printed by hand there may be slight differences in each print. The print is carefully packaged in a biodegradable cello bag with a protective backing board. This print will be sent Royal Mail First Class Standard unless otherwise requested.
