My inspiration for my Tweedie Owl is my love of Folk Art Textiles artefacts, and my love of the natural world. Using traditional methods of hand stitching and hand embroidery alongside working with fabrics such as Wool Tweed and Wool Felt I aim to create a modern product reflecting traditional skills and techniques.

This Hand stitched and embroidered Tweedie Owl is a house decoration that may be hung up (there is a small ribbon loop at the top of the Tweedie Owl) or just placed around the home. It is filled with dried Lavender. The Tweedie Owl measures 18cm from the top to the bottom and is 9cm across the widest part. There is no decoration on the back of this Tweedie Owl, Wipe clean with a dry cloth. THIS IS NOT A TOY
