CAN I REQUEST ALTERATIONS TO ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
Yes absolutely. You can request your choice of earring fitting. You can also request changes, for example, extra length in a bracelet or change the length of a necklace. Simply get in touch and ask about your request.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

- Foil Lampwork Glass Bead Necklace Set -
This gold and bronze necklace set is made with a collection of lightly patterned foil beads with a 3cm gold patterned focal bead. The main beads are interspersed with hematite cube beads, gold tone glass beads, silver beads and silver tube beads. The set is finished with a pair of matching earrings.
The necklace is 56cm in length and the earrings are 6cm in total length and finished with silver-plated ear-wires.
As with many of my designs, this is a unique jewellery set, being dependant on which beads I have available.
