Welcome to Claire Michele Designs
A unique collection of gifts and home decor inspired by my love of nature and the coast using a range of techniques, including decoupage, fabric sewing and sea glass.
I love creating items that you can gift or cherish and love in your own home and I only use the best quality materials for my products which are hand crafted to a high standard and attention to detail. The glass I use for decoupage is upcycled or recycled for sustainability.

Handmade padded book cover protector and matching corner bookmark.
Made from 100% cotton fabric, these book covers are a great way to keep your books protected from dirt and pages getting torn or bent. Made with two co-ordinating fabrics, they are gently padded with wadding and have two buttons either side with a co-ordinated elastic to keep the book safe, especially whilst travelling. It comes with a matching corner bookmark to save your page.
These covers house a standard size paperback easily (up to 520 pages fits great).
Measurements of cover:
Height: 10" x Width 8.5" approx
Measurements of bookmark:
3.5" x 3.5"
The outer cover is a pink and white floral print and the lining is a co-ordinated gingham check with two wooden buttons and a co-ordinating elastic.
The covers can be hand washed and wiped clean and then ironed flat.
