Custom orders are welcome. Please feel free to message me if you would like to discuss different colours, pots suitable for outdoor use, or a UV-protected finish.
Custom pieces are made to order. While listings state up to 7 days to dispatch, custom orders may currently take a little longer due to colder temperatures and increased curing times. I will always keep you updated if this affects your order.
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within two working days. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow your order’s progress.
Please note that screen colours can vary slightly. Handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help preserve their colour over time.

Safety information
Usage Instructions: 1. Break off one or more pieces of the snap bar and place them in the dish of your wax melt warmer. 2. If you're using an electric melter, turn it on. If using a non-electric warmer, light an unscented tealight and place it underneath your warming dish. 3. As the wax melts, the fragrance is released, allowing you to enjoy the scent throughout the room. 4. Once the fragrance fades, it's time to change the melt. Allow the wax to cool completely, then pop it out and replace it with a fresh one. Warnings: - Remove all packaging and place the wax melt in the centre of your oil burner. - Use only an unscented tealight. - Keep out of reach of children and pets. - Avoid placing in draughty areas. - Do not move the warmer while it is lit. - Never leave a burning candle unattended.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This wax melt features a warm, woody, and spicy scent complemented by sweet undertones, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. Mica is added to the wax, giving it a lovely shimmer when melted. It is made from natural, vegan-friendly soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils.
The wax melts are available in two sizes: 80g and 50g. Please select your preferred size at checkout.
I am fully insured, and my wax melts comply with CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) regulations. All products include complete CLP labelling and safety information, which can also be provided upon request before purchase.
Shipping is handled via Royal Mail Tracked 48. I will email you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. Additionally, the wax melts are packaged in recyclable clamshells made in the UK from 86% recycled materials, with safety precautions and CLP information printed on the reverse.
