Custom pieces are made to order. While listings state up to 7 days to dispatch, custom orders may currently take a little longer due to colder temperatures and increased curing times. I will always keep you updated if this affects your order.
Ready-made items are usually dispatched within two working days. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow your order’s progress.
Please note that screen colours can vary slightly. Handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help preserve their colour over time.

Safety information
Usage Instructions: 1. Break off one or more pieces of the snap bar and place them in the dish of your wax melt warmer. 2. If you're using an electric melter, turn it on. If using a non-electric warmer, light an unscented tealight and place it underneath your warming dish. 3. As the wax melts, the fragrance is released, allowing you to enjoy the scent throughout the room. 4. Once the fragrance fades, it's time to change the melt. Allow the wax to cool completely, then pop it out and replace it with a fresh one. Warnings: - Remove all packaging and place the wax melt in the centre of your oil burner. - Use only an unscented tealight. - Keep out of reach of children and pets. - Avoid placing in draughty areas. - Do not move the warmer while it is lit. - Never leave a burning candle unattended. Full description
This luxury wax melt bar is crafted from vegan-friendly soy wax and infused with high-quality natural essential oils and botanicals. It delivers an uplifting and clean scent that begins with zesty lemongrass and eucalyptus. The fragrance features middle notes of geranium, lemongrass, and lemon, finishing with base notes of citrus peel.
I am fully insured, and my wax melts comply with CLP regulations. All products will arrive with full CLP labelling and safety precautions, and all relevant CLP information is available upon request before purchase.
WARNING: Please note that this wax melt contains natural eucalyptus oil (eucalyptol), which is toxic to dogs and cats. Although it is in a very low concentration, and therefore unlikely to cause any adverse effects I want to highlight this for transparency, if you are a dog or cat owner and looking for a melt made with all-natural ingredients, I urge you to do your own research or contact a veterinary professional about the safety of using essential oils in a household containing animals. I also offer wax melts made with fragrance oils and natural soy wax, which are much safer around your furry friends.
Your order will be shipped using the Royal Mail tracked 48 service. I will email you the tracking number so you can monitor your parcel's journey. The wax melt is packaged in a compostable glassine bag, which includes a CLP label and a wax melt safety label on the reverse.
