Christmas posting dates are approaching. My last order date for Christmas delivery within the UK is Wednesday 17 December. Orders placed after this may arrive after the 25th. Royal Mail delays are outside my control, especially in December, but every order will be made and dispatched with care.
Fully customisable, made to order options are available. Many of my pieces can be tailored to you, whether that is custom colours, different sizes, UV protected finishes or adapting an indoor pot for outdoor use. Custom orders take up to 7 days to make, so please order these earlier if you would like them before Christmas. I will always let you know the estimated delivery time when you order.
International orders, including the US, are welcome but may not arrive in time for Christmas as delivery times vary. Please allow extra time for these deliveries.
Screen colours can vary slightly, and handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help preserve the vibrancy of the colours. If you have an idea, send me a message and I will be happy to help design a piece for your space.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This wax melt boasts a beautifully balanced and long-lasting clean scent. It opens with zesty notes of lemongrass, lime, lemon, and orange. The fragrance then transitions to spiced middle notes of geranium, cinnamon, and ginger root, concluding with comforting base notes of patchouli, cedar, and nutmeg. Crafted from natural, vegan-friendly soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils, it offers a delightful sensory experience.
I am fully insured, and my wax melts are entirely CLP-compliant. All products will arrive with complete CLP labelling and safety precautions. You can also request all CLP information before making a purchase.
Shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48, I will email you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. Furthermore, the wax melts are packaged in recyclable clamshells made in the UK from 86% recycled materials, which include safety precautions and CLP information on the reverse side.
