I strive to create high quality pieces
using repurposed and vintage fabrics.
My inspiration usually comes from a place, where I’ve felt an emotional connection. I think of my art as capturing a sense of time and place, a small moment in time.
The cords and fastenings used for the pendants and brooches are new.
I will usually post items 2nd class, with Royal Mail, within 24 hours of receiving an order. I recycle packaging when possible.

Full description
Standing 17cm tall with a diameter of 7cm this textile vessel makes a beautiful container for storage or display.
It’s made with hand painted repurposed fabric with little pieces of added fabric and hand stitches. A bead is securely held in the cut out section, which had been reinforced with wire and over stitched.
In beautiful warm shades of russet and terracotta.
It is lined with repurposed wool trouser fabric which makes it able to hold its own shape.
A glass jar, (not supplied) can be placed inside enabling the vessel to hold water, store or display many items.
It will arrive with padding inside and just needs to be teased into shape.
