We have 2 energetic dogs and came up with this idea as it can be annoying changing information on the mirco chips. With these we dont have to wait, plus can update phone number and contact details without having to change the ID Tag. Also we can not only enter all the information needed to comply with UK law but add more detailed contact information, photos, what my dog likes to be called and fav food. If the worse happen and she got lost. Basically using NFC tags can provide as much information as needed. We found free sites such as NFC Tools and Dropbox basic account, so there no monthly fees. Also was great as could use maple wood which we love, that gets rid of the clunking sound of metal tags.
Safety information
The tag is treated with mineral oil to waterproof the wood.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

These Wood ID Dog tags are made to order. 35mm x 35 mm Diamond Shape. No monthly fees.
They are made from quality Maple Wood and are waterproofed. They come with a steel loop to fix to a collar. Collar not included.
Our Dog ID Tags feature a powerful NFC Tag in them. Therefore by using a landing page such as the Basic Free Dropbox Account or your social media page. You can unpload all information about your pet.
When a mobile phone taps the ID Tag the NFC inside the tag will send a link to the mobile phone and the recorded documentaion is accessed. Full instructions will be sent.
NFC Dog Tag can be password protected. You can update any changes in a few minutes.
Setting up the Dog tag takes just a few minutes. You just need an internet enabled mobile phone and a free app, such as NFC Tools.
Peace of mind if need to change contact or other information regarding your dog. Front has NFC Logo. Back instructions to tap phone.
You can add as much information as you like, even a photo. See photo example.
We happy to engrave both sides of the Dog ID Tag, so even with the NFC Chip you can still have engraved your dogs name and on back, your name and phone number and house number and post code.
We use Maple Wood, which we then waterproof and treat. Therefore we ship normally 2 days post purchase due to this and that we make to order.
We offer post purchase assistance and these details will be sent with the ID Tag.
