I am a self taught jewellery maker and silversmith from Scotland. I love creating pieces from sterling silver wire and sheet and most of my work is enhanced with beautiful and unusual gemstones. I love all things to do with nature so plants, flowers and animals regularly feature in my work.

Full description
This beautiful pendant has been cut from sterling silver sheet and stamped with a botanical inspired design. I oxidise the surface of the silver and create a satin finish to enhance the stamped design. For this pendant I have selected a pretty, natural 6 mm larimar bead to act as the focal point. The circle pendant measures approximately 16 mm wide by 19 mm high. It is finished with an 18 inch sterling silver (non-oxidised) chain, ready to wear or gift. All my jewellery comes boxed in a high quality gift box, finished with tissue and ribbon.
Beautiful sky blue larimar is a variety of the mineral pectolite which is only found in one place on earth, the Dominican Republic. It is a rare and sought after stone, much prized by crystal healers and collectors. Rather than solid blue it features little ripples of white and green reminiscent of the Caribbean waves and each piece is unique, adding to it's charm.
All Big Wish Little Wish jewellery is handmade with love and care in my home studio in Scotland. Everything from designing, creating, listing and packing is done by myself. My designs are made from 100% recycled sterling silver, purchased from the world famous Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham. Every item you see in my shop is 'ready to ship' and most orders dispatch same or next working day, although sometimes at peak times it may take a day or two longer.
