Item Description:
This 18ct gold and sterling silver ring has been handmade by myself in a size P. The ring has been set with gorgeous, ethically sourced hand cut Australian dark crystal opal measuring c. 8mm x 5mm. I love the dark colours and flashes of blue and purple in the opal and the way the light picks out the patterns and depth of the stone. This ring has been hallmarked at Goldsmiths' Hall London Assay Office with my markers mark. The sterling silver band is a 3mm D profile band and is extremely comfortable to wear.
Opals are notoriously difficult to photograph so I have done my best to capture the colour of the stone, however please do note that this may look different under different lights. The video is to demonstrate the play of light through the stone and the patterns and colours that it displays and gives the best impression of the colours and play of light in strong lighting conditions. This may differ under different lighting conditions.
