Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Delivery Policy

Dispatch is normally 1-4 working days (unless otherwise stated in the item listing) from date of order, the dates are displayed on Etsy, and I do my best to dispatch in these times. I shall be in touch if for any reason something happens, and these times cannot be met. You can cancel for a refund in full, if the new dispatch date is not suitable and a full refund will be provided.
Dispatch notifications and tracking information is sent once your order has been handed to the delivery company being used (usually Royal Mail).
Royal Mail's expected delivery times:
UK: 1-3 working days from despatch
Rest of World: 5-7 working days from despatch
These are only aims as set out by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed delivery times. Some orders may take longer than this for various reasons outside of my control. Refunds can only be given once an item can be declared as lost by me to Royal Mail.
UK deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 10 working days after the Royal Mail expected delivery times.
International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Royal Mail expected delivery date. Customs can also delay delivery of items and this is outside of my control. It is not unheard of for hold ups of 6-8 weeks.
International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are allowed in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.
Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods (as per regulation 42 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) shall be:
- 4 weeks from order date for delivery to UK addresses
- 8 weeks from order date for delivery to addresses outside UK
Delivery address cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you need to change it before dispatch, your order will be cancelled, and you may then repurchase with the correct delivery address.
Sadly, I am unable to fulfil any orders to the EU or Northern Ireland due to new GSPR regulations which take effect from, 13.12.2024. Please be aware that my products are NOT currently available to NI customers, and as such I have no choice but to cancel any orders placed for delivery within NI.

Terms and Conditions
All our consumer sales on Etsy.com are subject to English laws, including the Consumer Rights act 2015, and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Right to Cancel:
----------------------
The customer may cancel for any reason at all from time of order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to customer.
You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, by post, email or via Etsy Conversations. I would prefer you to use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. You may use the Cancellation Form provided but it is not essential.
For cancellations I will refund the order value (including shipping of the item to customer), within 14 days of cancellation where goods have not yet been despatched, within 14 days of us receiving returned goods, or 14 days of giving us evidence of sending back. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.
If goods are cancelled after despatch to customer, please refuse delivery and the delivery service will return to sender.
Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please return goods in a resaleable condition i.e., original packaging and clean.
Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom, bespoke or personalised orders
Digital downloads or e-mailed files.
On non-custom/bespoke rings, I offer one free remake/resize at no extra cost on return of the original ring. Subsequent resizes/remakes will be charged at 20% of the original retail price plus postage on return of the original/replacement rings. On custom/bespoke rings I charge a fee of 30% of the original retail price and return of the original ring. There is no initial free remake/resize option on custom/bespoke rings.
For international returns from outside the UK please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form. We cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

When the contract is formed

This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods we are inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched.
