Approximate size 5"/12cm width x 1.5"/4cm height.
Entirely hand sculpted air dry clay shallow bowl, hand painted with acrylics. Part of my 'Weathered Vessels' series exploring the impermanence of life and the beauty of rebirth.
I've incorporated many different textures on the surfaces of my 'living shards', making my bowl super tactile! Hand painted inside and out in soothing shades of green and grey inspired by moss and lichen growing on tree bark and exposed stone.
Perfect for dried altar offerings, pot pourri, or simply displaying as a unique piece of clay art! (N.B. It can be displayed two ways as it's beautiful on the top AND the bottom! Bonus!)
