Full description
Castles galore, with a fairytale princess in a tower. My fabric hoop pictures are made using offcuts from my bigger makes and are embellished with little buttons from The Old Button tin.
There are two different prints - one has a medieval princess in a tower, the other has a pink castle on a stunning blue background. The images in each picture will vary depending on the offcut, and each button will be different as they are unique vintage or retro finds.
Available singly, or as a pair. You can also include a picture in the co-ordinating Dragon village print (see other listings).
The fabric is interlined with offcuts of wadding from my patchwork quilts, and backed with the same soft wool felt I use in my toys.
I use Elbese embroidery hoops to frame the pictures - these are made from beech wood and wax polished for a smooth finish - and I neaten the back with a circle of felt hand sewn using a traditional blanket stitch. The felt colours vary but will co-ordinate with the main fabric.
Size - 4 inch diameter, plus ribbon hanging loop.
Care - dust with a dry cloth or brush
