Hello! Welcome to our new shop. We will be opening soon sharing our inspired, hand turned wooden items.
After having a little piece of purple heart left over from another piece, the best thing to do with it was to make a gorgeous pen.
Being sensitive to cracking with the heat of sanding, thisbwood needs careful preparation so as not to crack it.

Pen will be sent using DHL next day services. We have collections and deliveries daily Monday to Friday.

Full description
Oh we love this pen. The contrast of the natural purple of the purple heart wood and the gold plate of the fitments is stunning.
The twist-action pen weighs well in the hand when writing and is small enough to be elegantly discreet on a desk or jacket pocket.
Made on a lathe with temperamental purple heart wood, the UK designed pen kit was then carefully assembled before being slid into the padded, clear-lidded presentation box. Then comes complete with a Parker style refill and replacements can be easily found at good stationers.
Finished nicely with quality waxes, this pen will develop on attractive patina through wear and use whilst still allowing the use the feel the warmth and texture of the timber.
