I have been drawing and painting animals in watercolour for over 30 years and get more inspired by my local Scottish scenery with every passing year. A love of both animals and art was evident as I grew up so it was only natural that I kept those passions alive as an adult. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I enjoy producing it.

Full description
This charming, wildlife art print shows a kaleidoscope of British butterflies, from the well known Peacock and Red Admiral to the little Skipper and Small Copper butterflies. Others are an orange tip, small tortoiseshell and painted lady. The word 'love!' sits among them, a reminder of the fleeting beauty that nature provides in the world.
A5 in size (148 x 210 mm or 5.8 x 8.3 inch) the art for the print has been taken from my own original, hand painted watercolour illustrations of the local Scottish wildlife. Each print is printed by me in my home studio and hand trimmed.
The prints are also produced on a 316gsm white archival fine art paper using archival inks, packaged in a cello bag with a card backing and will be sent either in a card backed envelope or flat box. All my prints are sent unmounted and unframed.
These prints make a lovely gift for nature lovers and wildlife fans as well as those who love art. They are great for gift giving but also make a lovely addition to a living room, bedroom or even a countryside holiday cottage.
