I am a Scottish wildlife artist and illustrator based in the beautiful Scottish Borders. My art and illustration work revolves around by first big love - nature and wildlife - and I produce original pieces of art for sale alongside prints and greetings cards. Watercolour and graphite are my main media but I have dabbled in lots of different materials and crafts, from acrylic and gouache to paper cutting and collage.
I have drawn and painted for over 30 years and have been very lucky to get some great exposure with my work being featured in books, magazines and even on TV. My paintings and drawings are also in collections all over the UK, the United States, Canada and Australia.
I currently live in rural Scotland and enjoy wandering the countryside, dogs, reading and snow.
If you have any questions then please do ask. I am always happy to help.

Loved the picture and the artist Gillian was really happy to engage over the slight issue I had with finding a frame to fit the painting as it isn't a standard size .... Ended up with a 6 x 4 frame and getting a custom sized mount to set it off ... Little company based in Chesterfield www.bramptonframing.comcut-to-size-picture-mounts.
I bought it as a gift for someone and I would seriously consider purchasing another as a gift or for myself.
